Shipping & Returns

Your jewellery is valuable, it is cared for well.
We ship your gems or jewellery only via insured valuable shipping services by FedEx, EMS, Brinks etc.
Signare ships using 100% insured trade parcel services for customers located in Hong Kong.
Please note, we only ship jewellery that you order from us, we do not offer courier services. You can choose to pick up the gems and jewellery from our boutique office. Please call +852 51997187 to schedule a pick up.

Q. How long will it take for me to get my order?
A. It depends on the destination country. Orders processed locally will take 1-2 weeks to arrive. International deliveries can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks. International shipping times may vary due to customs delays, but our customer care ( can work with you to estimate your order timing and delivery.

Q. Can I track my order?
A. Yes, you can. We will send you an email with shipping details and tracking information once your order has been completed. For any questions about the status of your order,contact us.(

Q. Can I return my product?
A. We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. You are entitled to return items bought on, within 7 days of the date of delivery and receive a full refund (excludes any postage / shipping charges).Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Q. What can I return?
A. Decisions take time- and we're happy to accept returns if you've changed your mind. However, we are only able to accept returns on items, if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Q. When will i receive my refund?
A. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Q. Do I have to pay for return shipping charges?
A. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Q. Can I exchange my order?
A. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and wait for your confirmation mail.
